The Horned Frogs barely beat out Baylor, whose 69-3 victory over Wofford didn t earn them many more points among the voters.

Team everybody agrees on: Texas A M. Again. The air-signing and trash talking by Johnny Manziel didn t take away from the 21-point victory in the voters minds. All 10 ranked them No. 1 for the second straight week.

Team nobody agrees on: North Texas. The Mean Green s drubbing of Idaho led to the most variance in ballots. It was seen as an impressive win for some and a meaningless one for others. They were ranked as high as sixth in one poll and as low as 11th in two others.

Biggest riser: Houston.
