Well, in our experience, they actually do not. The problem is that when people discuss 'e-learning', or online learning, they are normally considering or visualising the content they see on their display. That's no more 'learning' than if they were holding a book in their hands, even if they were reviewing it. Although undoubtedly crucial, content alone is not 'learning'. Real e-learning consists of material, for sure, but equal focus, if not more, have to be given to the process and support to deliver a true learning experience.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
