Additionally, a special group of people believe that one should not link himself/herself for the quantity of situations he/she should eat. Alternatively, they should eat only once they're starving. These are belief systems that cannot easily be transformed. However, it is of great value to know that teach of the designs defined above has an unique advantages and disadvantages.
