 A Katsina State High Court had on December 6, 2012, sentenced Abdulmumini to death by hanging for allegedly setting her husband ablaze, causing his death just five months after her marriage at the tender age of 13.

 ASSF, through its Saving Lives project (SALI) in a suit filed before the ECOWAS court sitting in Abuja, prayed the court to declare that the death sentence violates the provisions of the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child, as the alleged crime was committed when she was a minor.

 ASSF is also asking the court to quash the death sentence and consequently release Abdulmumini,<strong>wholesale authentic nfl jerseys</strong>, until such a time when she will have access to fair proceedings as guaranteed by international standards.

 According to the court process exclusively obtained by THISDAY in Abuja, the plaintiff is also praying the court to declare that the death penalty violates Abdulmumini s right to be represented in court and her right to due process as guaranteed by article 7 of the African Charter.

 According to an affidavit deposed to by the plaintiff, the lawyer who represented her in the matter neither filed a final address nor made any mitigation plea on her behalf.<br>
 Alternatively, ASSF wants the court to commute Abudulmumini s death penalty to another sentence which will take care of the case s peculiarity.

 The Federal Government of Nigeria,<strike>wholesale nfl jerseys china</strike>, Kastina State government and the Nigeria Prison Service (NPS) were named as defendants in the suit.

 SALI argued that the detention of a mother with her child on death row is a violation of the right to dignity as provided under Article 5 of the African Charter.

 Abdulmumini has since been admitted at the Katsina Central Prisons where she is nursing her 18-month-old baby.

 The plaintiff avers that she remarried two years after the death of her first husband and gave birth to a baby girl, who is now 18 months old. She is still nursing her. That she received legal advice on February 25, 2009, more than two years after her release on bail.

 She was charged for culpable homicide on the person of her previous husband, pursuant to Article 221 of the Nigerian Penal Code. That the Katsina State assigned her a counsel, who did not file a final address nor made any mitigation plea on her behalf.

 That as a result of this negligence, the judge sentenced her to death by hanging. That she was subsequently admitted in Katsina Central Prisons, where she remains today.<br>
 She is imprisoned in a cell with six other inmates and is nursing her baby girl inside the prison, Sabi stated.

 Abdulmumini was first arrested on March 28, 2006, for being suspected of setting her husband on fire and causing his death.

Prolactin is a hormone produced by the pituitary gland, the gland that sits at the bottom of the brain. Though prolactin plays a role in the growth and development of the breasts, its primary function is in milk production after a child is born. Normally, it is found in both men and non-pregnant women, and generally circulates at low levels in the bloodstream. But it is kept under control by another hormone called a prolactin inhibiting factor (dopamine).

In pregnancy, prolactin levels increase significantly. However after the baby is born, the combination of high prolactin levels and the abrupt drop in oestrogen and progesterone occurring after birth enable the body to produce milk for breastfeeding.

Hyperprolactinemia, a relatively common cause of menstrual abnormalities and infertility, is one condition for which experts have verified the effectiveness of local herbs in its treatment. 

In a study designed to investigate the effects of a poly herbal mixture on the treatment of hyperprolactinemia, scientists at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, indicated that the polyherbal preparation was able to reverse excess of prolactin in the blood and its associated changes in a manner comparable to bromocriptine, the conventional standard medication for its treatment.

Honestly, this was the football that Chuck Pagano wanted to implement in Indianapolis.&nbsp; The Colts played dominant defense.&nbsp; They ran the ball well.&nbsp; And they won a huge game on the road against the defending NFC Champions.

That was the story of the game.&nbsp; And it was a huge, statement win by the Colts.&nbsp; Huge.

Last year, the Colts played a  contender early in the season when the team wasn't looking impressive and needed a boost.&nbsp; Nobody gave them a chance against the , but the Colts made a massive comeback in the "ChuckStrong Game" and beat the Packers 30-27 in an instant classic.&nbsp; It completely turned around the Colts' season and propelled them on towards their playoff run.

This win could be just as big.&nbsp; Entering the game, the Colts hadn't looked good and nobody was giving them a chance on the road against a very good 49ers team.&nbsp; And the Colts completely dominated the tough, physical 49ers for 60 minutes with tough, physical football.

Give massive credit to Chuck Pagano.&nbsp; There were people beginning to speculate about his job security.&nbsp; Not anymore.&nbsp; People were talking about how his defense hadn't looked good in the first two games.&nbsp; It was phenomenal today.

People have been criticisng the run defense.&nbsp; That was what Pagano placed the emphasis on.&nbsp; Outside of one 91 yard drive where the 49ers gashed the Colts defense with 78 yards on the ground, the 49ers got nothing.&nbsp; But it was the Colts secondary that stole the show.

Sure, Pagano has placed the emphasis on the run game, but keep in mind - he was a secondary coach.&nbsp; I always thought that we would see signs of that unit improving first.&nbsp; And today, without  and with an injured , the secondary played the most impressive game I've seen them play in a long time.&nbsp;  had a HUGE game.&nbsp; Antoine Bethea played great also and very tough.&nbsp; The 49ers didn't have anybody open all day, and the Colts actually got pressure on .

When Kaepernick was forced to run, the Colts kept containment very well.&nbsp; They filled the lanes and didn't let Kaepernick run all over them.&nbsp; Again, that's great discipline and that starts with Chuck Pagano.

The defense played phenomenal.&nbsp; The offense also played good too, especially in the run game.&nbsp; Newly acquired running back  didn't have a great game, but  wanted to let us all know that the Colts have another good running back on the team.&nbsp; Bradshaw carried the ball 19 times for 95 yards and a score, averaging 5 yards per carry.&nbsp; When the Colts needed it the most, they ran the ball to milk the clock and ended an 80 yard drive with a score.&nbsp; That's power running.&nbsp; That's a run game emphasiss.&nbsp; And today, for at least one game, it worked beautifully.

That's stunning as well.&nbsp; The 49ers front seven is among the league's best, and the Colts' offensive line handled them all day.&nbsp; They came into the game as the league's best run blocking offensive line.&nbsp; And today, they certainly proved that.&nbsp; The numbers look like Stanford numbers - 39 carries for 179 yards and 3 touchdowns, averaging 4.7 yards per carry.&nbsp; Bradshaw, Richardson, and  on a bootleg all ran in touchdowns.

Andrew Luck looked good today but misfired on some passes that he usually wouldn't. &nbsp;There still are some issues that I think he has that he needs to work through. &nbsp;Mainly, I think sometimes he hangs onto the ball too long. &nbsp;Also, he throws high much more often than last year, it seems. But while I'm mentioning what he needs to work on, he still played well and the two best things about this game in terms of Luck: 1) the line protected him; 2) he didn't have to do everything and didn't have to win the game by himself. &nbsp;Both of those were much welcomed changes.
Trent Richardson didn't look that great today, but I'm not worried one bit. &nbsp;He started off the game by having his first carry go for a one yard score, but overall he rushed just 13 times for 35 yards. &nbsp;He also dropped a couple of passes and had a few other plays that weren't great, either. &nbsp;It wasn't a good game from him, but again,<strong>[http://kathakalinews.com/wholesale-nfl-jerseys-cheap.html wholesale authentic nfl jerseys]</strong>, I'm not worried and also, Ahmad Bradshaw stepped up in a huge way.

Delano Howell. &nbsp;I don't think I can say enough about how impressive he was today.

Council members had debated in closed session whether to make the appointments, which some feared would give the commission legitimacy. During the meeting, City Attorney Bob Hagemann said he advised council members to comply in part because it is state law.<br>

This summer, the GOP-led General Assembly created an independent authority to own and operate the airport. The hackers can then sniff unprotected data from the data streams sent between the unwitting victims and their intended remote hosts. You'd be surprised how much data, even passwords, are still sent in clear text.
The more nefarious hackers will ask their victims to create a new access account to use their WAP. These users will more than likely use a common log-on name or one of their email addresses, along with a password they use elsewhere. The WAP hacker can then try using the same log-on credentials on popular websites—Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, iTunes, and so on—and the victims will never know how it happened.

Browser cookies are a wonderful invention that preserves "state" when a user navigates a website. These little text files, sent to our machines by a website, help the website or service track us across our visit, or over multiple visits, enabling us to more easily purchase jeans, for example. What's not to like?

Answer: When a hacker steals our cookies, and by virtue of doing so, becomes us—an increasingly frequent occurrence these days. Rather, they become authenticated to our websites as if they were us and had supplied a valid log-on name and password.

Hackers have been using file name tricks to get us to execute malicious code since the beginning of malware. In legacy versions of Windows (Windows XP, 2003, and earlier) and other early operating systems, if you typed in a file name and hit Enter, or if the operating system went looking for a file on your behalf, it would always start with your current folder or directory location first, before looking elsewhere. This behavior might seem efficient and harmless enough, but hackers and malware used it to their advantage.

For example, suppose you wanted to run the built-in, harmless Windows calculator (calc.exe). It's easy enough (and often faster than using several mouse clicks) to open up a command prompt, type in calc.exe, and hit Enter.
But malware could create a malicious file called calc.exe and hide it in the current directory or your home folder; when you tried to execute calc.exe, it would run the bogus copy instead.
I loved this fault as a . Often times, after I had broken into a computer and needed to elevate my privileges to Administrator, I would take an unpatched version of a known, previously vulnerable piece of software and place it in a temporary folder. Most of the time all I had to do was place a single vulnerable executable or DLL, while leaving the entire, previously installed patched program alone. I would type in the program executable's filename in my temporary folder, and Windows would load my vulnerable, Trojan executable from my temporary folder instead of the more recently patched version. I loved it—I could exploit a fully patched system with a single bad file.
Linux, Unix, and BSD systems have had this problem fixed for more than a decade. For the most part, DNS functions just fine, and most people never interact with their Hosts file, though it's there.
Hackers and malware love to write their own malicious entries to Hosts, so that when someone types in a popular domain name—say, bing.com—they are redirected to somewhere else more malicious. The malicious redirection often contains a near-perfect copy of the original desired website, so that the affected user is unaware of the switch.
This exploit is still in wide use today.
Lesson: If you can't figure out why you're being maliciously redirected, check out your Hosts file.
No. 6: Waterhole attacks

It is common for malware spreaders to buy advertising space on popular websites. The websites, when confirming the order, are shown a nonmalicious link or content. The website approves the advertisement and takes the money. The bad guy then switches the link or content with something more malicious. Often they will code the new malicious website to redirect viewers back to the original link or content if viewed by someone from an IP address belonging to the original approver. This complicates quick detection and take-down.
The most interesting bait-and-switch attacks I've seen as of late involve bad guys who create "free" content that can be downloaded and used by anyone. (Think administrative console or a visitor counter for the bottom of a Web page.) Often these free applets and elements contain a licensing clause that says to the effect, "May be freely reused as long as original link remains." Unsuspecting users employ the content in good faith, leaving the original link untouched. Usually the original link will contain nothing but a graphics file emblem or something else trivial and small. Later, after the bogus element has been included in thousands of websites, the original malicious developer changes the harmless content for something more malicious (like a harmful JavaScript redirect).
Lesson: Beware of any link to any content not under your direct control because it can be switched out on a moment's notice without your consent.
