The boy was later upgraded to good condition.<br>
Life Flight medical helicopter arrived to the Spring High School campus in north Houston early on Wednesday morning after a student was reported stabbed just before classes began.
It only took a matter of seconds before word of the incident spread on social media.&nbsp; One parent who was just dropping her child off from school called into the FOX 26 newsroom.
We were able to find one photo from a female student who posted it on her twitter account at 11 a.m.
In the photo is clearly shows what appears to be a fresh trail of blood in the hallways.&nbsp;

Outside the school life flight was called.&nbsp; When SKYFOX arrived on the scene it showed Harris County Sheriff s Office with two male suspects in handcuffs and being lead away from the scene.
This morning Life Flight is reporting that the 16 year old male is listed in critical condition at Hermann Memorial in the medical center.</html>

== Chiefs vs. Jaguars results- Jacksonville has a long way to g ==

I'll start with the "good" stuff, as I don't really think the defense played all that poorly. They limited the Chiefs to under 300 total yards and quarterback Alex Smith looked mediocre at best against a team with minimal pass rush. The Chiefs offense only scored 21 points, most of which came from getting great field position after poor special teams play or turnovers.
In fact, the Chiefs longest drive of the day was 57 yards for a touchdown. The Chiefs offense as a whole only had three drives over 30 yards, with just a single drive over 35 yards.
Their three scoring drives? They were 24 yards, 21 yards, and 57 yards.

The problem however was the fact that the other areas of the team were so awful, they didn't stand a chance to win.
The offense overall was dreadful.  couldn't get into rhythm at all, looked panicked on quite a few of his throws and looked thoroughly confused by the multiple fronts the Chiefs used all day. To couple with that, the few times Gabbert did make nice throws there were some drops and bad penalties negating what would have been first downs.
Not only did Gabbert not look good overall, not only did the receiving options not help out when given the chance, but the interior of the offensive line was a travesty. Both Luke Joeckel and  got beat at times, which is to be expected with a pass rushing duo like the one the Chiefs have, but the interior of the line was a massive issue all day long, not just in pass protection but also in run blocking.

The Constitution provides that ��no new States shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or parts of States, .�� But the effort highlights three absurdities about the way small states are given a disproportionate among of influence in American government. If Western Maryland became a state, it wouldn t even be the least populous state in the country. That honor goes to Wyoming, . Indeed, because each state receives two senators regardless of population, a voter in Wyoming has .
Additionally, each state is , regardless of its population. Thus, Western Maryland would receive an entire House member despite its small population. Though the House is not nearly as malapportioned as the Senate, the requirement that each state receive at least one representative creates absurdities of its own. Wyoming receives one representative for the just over half a million residents living in the state. Meanwhile, just over the border in Montana, the poor residents of that state .
Finally, the Electoral College would guarantee Western Maryland three entire electoral votes. Currently, the Electoral College gives Wyoming residents more than three times as much say in a presidential election as California residents. California receives approximately one electoral vote for every 690,[http://promosimudah.com/ ロッテ代打福浦が勝ち越し打！古谷７勝目],000 residents, while Wyoming enjoys approximately one vote for every 190,000 residents. If Western Maryland became a state, it would look a whole lot more like Wyoming than it would like California.
In other words, whatever the virtue of giving the conservative residents of a sparsely populated region of Maryland more control over their local affairs, the absurd way that the United States allocates power at the federal level precludes allowing such rump movements to secede from their states. And "no kid gets turned away because they can't pay" says Sweet.
So, what’s next? Part of the mission of the group is to provide life instruction in addition to pure sports. Their website highlights free seminars on healthy living habits. Right now, it’s just talks during practice, but the goal is to increase and improve the seminars. “We’re working really hard to get it going” said Sweet. “Our biggest problem is, we don’t have space.” Even public local venues charge $400-500, so the Cougars keep working to find a place they can afford that’s big enough to give meaningful presentations on things like nutrition and smart training. 
And of course, they still need more equipment. The Cougars will likely benefit from the upcoming Sept. 7 Union Ride and Charity Rally, where a custom Seattle Seahawks motorcycle will be auctioned with some of the proceeds going towards helmets and video education on traumatic brain injuries.
At the end of the day though, it’s all about the football experience. Asked what the main goal of the SWAC Cougars program is this year, Sweet was clear. “Our overall goal to have a successful season….it’s not by the wins in the columns, it’s about all the kids having fun and wanting to come back and play football again. Have fun and compete, and learn the life lessons through football.” If you spend just a little time with the players and coaches in this program, you can tell they are well on their way to reaching that goal.

The girls whom Castro abducted and enslaved between 2002 and 2004 were acquaintances of his own daughter, and it's been reported that he attended community vigils for the missing. Neighbors and friends said he was always outgoing and helpful. Nobody had a clue that his house was a padlocked horror chamber. Three months before his arrest, Castro opened a Facebook account. According to the New York Times,[http://www.liaoshangjing.com/bbs/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=365402 TV Weekly magazine], he accumulated 41 "friends" and displayed an interest in an exotic breed of tiny dog known as Chinese Cresteds. His posts gave no hint that he was a sexual psychopath. Sample: "This morning I woke up to the sound a chirping cardinal. Yes! Come on spring!" The Facebook Castro rhapsodized about the birth of his fifth grandchild, and "liked" several photos and messages with Christian themes. He was fond of tagging his remarks with "lol,[http://swgf.co.uk/awssmf/index.php?topic=238138.msg259463#msg259463 WASHINGTON- Assad warns of repercussions for a US strike]," online shorthand for "laughing out loud." Not much laughter was being heard inside Castro's house. One of the girls he'd kidnapped and continued to rape gave birth to a child, who was also held prisoner. Police say two other pregnancies ended in forced miscarriages, for which Castro was charged with aggravated murder. At his sentencing hearing he gave various explanations for his crimes. He said he was addicted to porn. He also claimed he'd been abused as a young boy. Then he said life really hadn't been so awful for his captives. He asserted there was "harmony" in the house, and that the girls usually had been willing participants in the sex. Said Castro: "People are trying to portray me as a monster, and I'm not a monster. I'm just sick." He might have been sick, but he was most definitely a monster. The two conditions don't preclude one another. After Castro's death was announced, his lawyers called for an investigation saying he'd been depressed and exhibited suicidal tendencies - not abnormal for a 53-year-old man who just got locked up forever. Prison officials said the guards who found Castro hanging in his cell had been checking on him every 30 minutes, which is more than he deserved. Any person who admits to committing such heinous acts should be allowed to do away with himself. Good riddance is the prevailing sentiment in Ohio and elsewhere. All of us can think of other fiends who should've chosen the same way out. Bundy, for example, would have saved Florida taxpayers the fortune it cost to drag him to the electric chair. Castro's death has spared his victims from future decades of imagining him at rest in a cell with his perverse fantasies or, worse, watching him do TV interviews to promote his latest court appeal. Now those women have at least the beginning of an end. Castro's last Facebook visit, four days before he got caught, is the post of a man cheerfully pretending not to be a monster: "Miracles really do happen. God is good. :)" Case closed. After a lengthy video review, referee Ron Winter declared that the play would stand meaning that there was not enough evidence to confirm the call on the field, nor was there anything to overturn it and give the ball back to Philadelphia.

Several of the replays shown by ESPN made it appear as if Vick had thrown the ball forward. ESPN s officiating guru, former NFL ref Gerry Austin, declared that he thought Vick had thrown from the 9 1/2-yard line and Kerrigan had made contact with the ball at about the 9-and-one-quarter mark.

The attack brought the United States to the brink of a military intervention the Syrian civil war, now in its third year.
