A spokesperson for Memorial Hermann Hospital - Texas Medical Center confirmed before 10:30 a.m. Wednesday that one person was in critical condition. FOX 26 reporter Greg Groogan spoke with Oscar Bazile who said that his 16-year-old son, Deavean, was stabbed in his side and was the one in critical condition. The boy was later upgraded to good condition.<br>
Life Flight medical helicopter arrived to the Spring High School campus in north Houston early on Wednesday morning after a student was reported stabbed just before classes began.
It only took a matter of seconds before word of the incident spread on social media.&nbsp; One parent who was just dropping her child off from school called into the FOX 26 newsroom.
We were able to find one photo from a female student who posted it on her twitter account at 11 a.m.
In the photo is clearly shows what appears to be a fresh trail of blood in the hallways.&nbsp; 
A mother who spoke with FOX 26 this morning said she was inside the school in a meeting with her child s teacher when they heard commotion coming from the cafeteria,[http://cszede.net/forum/index.php?topic=199397.msg302548#msg302548 Monday Pebble Report- McMahon, Gallego, Burke among highlight performances], that was followed shortly by a announcement over the intercom calling for a school nurse.
That mother told FOX26 then when she walked outside in the hallway all she saw was blood and a lot of chaos.&nbsp; She said the blood trail lead from the cafeteria to the back of the school.
Outside the school life flight was called.&nbsp; When SKYFOX arrived on the scene it showed Harris County Sheriff s Office with two male suspects in handcuffs and being lead away from the scene.
This morning Life Flight is reporting that the 16 year old male is listed in critical condition at Hermann Memorial in the medical center.</html>
