Right fielder  hit a solo home run in the fourth inning, his fourth of the season. Sappelt was 1 for 5.

First baseman Brad Nelson was 4 for 4.

Tennessee Smokies

The Tennessee Smokies were&nbsp;

 started and took the loss. Jokisch allowed four runs, three of which were earned, on only four hits over 7.2 innings. One of those four hits was a big three-run home run in the fourth inning. Jokisch struck out six and only walked one.

The Smokies only managed four hits.

Shortstop  was 1 for 4 with an RBI double. DH  was 1 for 4.

Daytona Cubs

Rained out. The entire FSL, except for Palm Beach, was rained out tonight, so no change in Daytona's five-game lead over Lakeland.

Kane County Cougars

The Kane County Cougars&nbsp;), 4-0.

It was pitching by committee today for the Cougars. Felix Pena tossed the first two innings and exited after allowing a leadoff single in the third. Unfortunately, the runner came around to score eventually and Pena got the loss. He allowed one run on two hits over 2+ innings. Pena struck out two and didn't walk anyone.

Left fielder Trevor Gretzky had his best game as a professional, as he went 4 for 4. Catcher Willson Contreras was 2 for 4 with a double.

Boise Hawks

The Boise Hawks overcame a 9-1 deficit to&nbsp;

Starter Juan Paniagua got hammered for nine runs,[http://www.jerseys-online.org/ Cheap NFL Jerseys China], six earned, on ten hits over 1.2 innings. Paniagua struck out three and walked one.

After Paniagua exited,[http://michaelmcbroom.com/blogistan/?p=40/ Indiana man charged in ex_0], Michael Wagner tossed 2.1 scoreless inning and Sam Wilson threw two scoreless to allow Boise to get back into the game.

Jasvir Rakkar got his third win this year despite allowing two runs in the bottom of the eighth. His final line was 1.2 innings, allowing two runs on four hits, including a solo home run. He struck out two and didn't issue any walks.

Tyler Bremer got his seventh save by bailing out Rakkar in the eighth and finishing the ninth. Bremer threw 1.1 innings of scoreless ball. He allowed one hit but no walks. Bremer struck out one.

DH Justin Marra went 2 for 4 with two home runs, a solo home run in the fourth and a three-run shot in the fifth. Marra was 4 for 5 with a walk. He now has four home runs this season.

The Hawks scored six runs in the fifth inning, thanks in part to a three-run home run by first baseman Jacob Rogers, his seventh of the season. Rogers also had an RBI double in the eighth inning that gave Boise their first lead of the game. Rogers was 2 for 6 with four RBI and two runs scored.

Center fielder Kevin Encarnacion was 3 for 5 with a double and a walk. He also stole a base. Encarnacion scored three runs and had one RBI.

Left fielder  went 2 for 6 with a stolen base. He scored twice. Third baseman Jordan Hankins was 2 for 4 and scored two runs. Catcher Lance Rymel was 2 for 6 with an RBI.

The bad news here is that Hillsboro won and took over first place from Salem-Keizer with Boise's win. However, Boise is only one game behind Hillsboro. Boise makes the playoffs if either they or Salem-Keizer win the second-half title.
