Hamilton McCulloh, a campaign spokesman, said they have not yet decided whether to also run the ads on television or radio.</html>

<html>Senate Majority Coalition Caucus Leader Rodney Tom wants to motivate lawmakers to get their work done on time or face fines. Sounds like a gimmick. A bad one that doesn t reflect much pride in the final budget passed by lawmakers earlier this month.

The Washington Legislature certainly tested our patience when they failed to reach a budget deal by the end of the regular session. That they teetered on the edge of a government shutdown is unfortunate. But there s a bottom line: The final bill lawmakers passed turned out to be better than the alternatives considered in earlier weeks. (Why? Tom created a buzz after broaching the idea of a $250-a-day fine for each day lawmakers go past the time allotted in the regular session.

They definitely took way too long to compromise, but I don t buy the idea that lawmakers will ever penalize themselves for taking a few extra weeks to understand a complex state budget that affects millions of Washingtonians over two years. One person I talked to said the outcome of this year s legislative session reminded him of a basketball game that goes into double overtime. The final operating budget was worth the wait. Democrats didn t get all the revenue they wanted and social issues (such as the Reproductive Parity and DREAM acts) will have to wait another year for passage. Republicans and members of the Majority Coalition Caucus didn t get workers compensation reform or principal empowerment reform.

One hundred years ago, on March 19, 1913, Washington s Legislature created the commission that put together our state parks system, which now includes 117 developed parks and other properties totaling more than 110,000 acres, including 7,[http://oliwer.net/b/2008/09/septembers-screenshot.html#comments Richard Sherman softball game wrapup],000 campsites, 35 interpretive centers and 400 miles of cross-state trails.

Amazon s now going to straddle both sides of Westlake Avenue. Its?main headquarters are now on the east side of the arterial and the new Vulcan buildings?will be built on?the west side. That s all in addition to the that Amazon is now building for itself closer to downtown.
Vulcan said the new 12-story?buildings will cost $266 million to develop. They ll be located along Ninth Avenue between Harrison and Republican streets. <html><head><title>html模版</title></head><body>BHS students awarded Eagle Rank</br>BEAVERCREEK Beavercreek Varsity Scout Team 870 recently hosted a double barreled celebration of excellence as two of its members received the highly esteemed rank of Eagle Scout on the same day.

Jacob Dorsten and Micah Sullivan, both of whom recently completed their freshman year at Beavercreek High School,[http://yokurei.sakura.ne.jp/2013/06/comic-communication-17.html#comments Lisicki and Bartoli reach Wimbledon final_0], were recognized for their outstanding scouting achievements at their joint Eagle Court of Honor on Saturday, June 29.

Varsity Scout Team 870 is sponsored by the Xenia Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and the Eagle Court of Honor was held in the LDS Church building at 3072 Shakertown Road.

The court of honor was called to order by Unit Commissioner, Kevin Thomson,[http://yokurei.sakura.ne.jp/2013/06/comic-communication-17.html#comments Lisicki and Bartoli reach Wimbledon final_0], and the posting of the colors (old glory and the unit flag) was accomplished by the brothers of Jacob and Micah: Cole Dorsten, Anthony Dorsten and Talon Sullivan. Next on the program it was the privilege of Richard Kemp to offer a tribute to his grandson, Jacob Dorsten, followed by a tribute from Bill Sullivan to his grandson, Micah Sullivan.

Assistant Varsity Scout Coach Travis Gerritsen initiated the long standing tradition of calling all those in attendance who had previously been honored as Eagle Scouts to come forward and sit together in the Eagles Nest of seating set aside for this purpose. Fourteen individuals did so, thus exemplifying the long standing tradition of scouting excellence of this organization.

The two new Eagles were then sworn in by receiving the Eagle Charge from Troop 870 Scoutmaster Brandon Wilkinson before receiving their Eagle badges from Varsity Team 870 Coach Chad Hale.

The program benediction was offered by Jacob s grandmother, Sherry Kemp, and the colors were retired before dismissing the court to enjoy an abundance of cake, cookies, fruit, vegetables and other treats washed down with fruit drink.

When asked what he had learned along the trail to Eagle, Jacob Dorsten replied, Push younger scouts to make it all the way to Eagle. Jacob s mom,[http://www.ansabw.com/Review.asp?NewsID=649 Not filling each waking moment -enriching' the kids- Relax, it's OK], Anna Dorsten, was quick to add (with a mother s smile of pride for her oldest son on her face), He s only taking three merit badges at summer camp this year so he can help younger scouts with theirs. When asked what she thought of her son obtaining the rank of Eagle, Katie Sullivan replied thoughtfully, That s a twofold answer. I look back and see the struggles it took, but the other side of it is that he stuck with it and overcame those struggles. I m just proud of him. When asked the same question at a different time, Bruce Sullivan, Micah s dad echoed his wife Katie stating, I m just proud of him. It was a lot of work and I m glad he stuck with it.
