The Juneau Empire reports (http://bit.ly/18HMVlf) Petty Officer 2nd Class James M. Grover was sentenced to 18 months of confinement during a court-martial Saturday in Juneau.
The 30-year-old Grover faced nine counts of violating the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
He admitted to a military judge that he downloaded hundreds of images and videos of child pornography to his personal computer while at Air Station Sitka.
